Welcome to ININDIA Website Development Services. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website development, custom software development, and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ININDIA provides comprehensive web development services including but not limited to:
For fixed-price packages, the scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be clearly defined in a project proposal. Any changes to the scope may result in additional charges.
For hourly or monthly developer hiring, work will be tracked and billed according to the agreed rates. Minimum engagement periods may apply.
Custom requirements will be analyzed during an initial consultation. A detailed project brief and timeline will be provided before work begins.
A deposit of 50% is required to commence work on fixed-price projects. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and client approval.
Monthly developer hiring requires payment at the beginning of each billing cycle. Services continue until the agreement is terminated with appropriate notice.
Payments not received within 30 days of the due date may result in project suspension. A late fee of 1.5% per month may apply.
You retain ownership of all content, logos, and materials provided to us for the project.
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership and licensing rights to all deliverables, including source code, designs, and documentation.
We are not responsible for licensing third-party assets (images, fonts, plugins) unless specifically included in the project scope.
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays due to client feedback or additional requirements may extend timelines.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
We can assist with domain registration and hosting setup, but these services are provided by third-party providers.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, client data, and project details shared during the engagement.
ININDIA's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from the use of our deliverables.
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice for monthly engagements. Fixed-price projects cannot be terminated once development has begun.
We reserve the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met or if the project violates applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
